Biography

Margaret Handley, PhD, is a public health-trained epidemiologist and Professor in the Departments of Epidemiology and Biostatistics and Medicine at the University of California San Francisco. Her research focuses on implementation science and bridging the fields of primary care, public health, and health communication. She has a background in environmental science and has worked previously on applying implementation science to clean cookstove interventions. She is a co-investigator on ECOLECTIVOS.

Fun fact: Dr. Handley likes to swim in rivers and lakes more than swimming pools.
