Module 7 Recycling of Plastic Materials

This unit introduces the concept of ‘Environmental Justice’, allowing us to reflect on some of the structural problems, such as systematic social exclusion and possible actors, that cause risk conditions for many populations. It highlights how active participation – personal and community – through empowerment and agency, are important to generate significant changes that allow improving the environment and the health of their communities.
